Eastern Health Case Study

Highly complex system and data migration.

Migrating from 5 HOMER systems to 1 iPM system to create a new single view of Eastern Health’s patients.

Overview

Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest metropolitan public health services, with over 65 facilities in 21 locations, including seven major sites and three emergency departments. Eastern Health provides emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services to diverse communities in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges.

This case study showcases how Eastern Health implemented the complex migration of PAS data, including refactoring 38 connected systems and creating a new single view of patient.

Personally, I have had the opportunity of working with Data Agility across two health services and truly value the expertise and guidance in delivering complex projects with a personal touch!
