Managing data effectively is critical when your organisation spans across a vast and diverse landscape, like the CFA’s volunteer fire service in Victoria. The CFA is dedicated to reducing the occurrence and impact of fires and other emergencies across the state. Given their diverse workforce and extensive scope, compiling and reporting information from all CFA branches, particularly rural ones, posed a significant challenge. 

Data Agility took the lead in implementing the CFA’s DataHub project. We built their foundational capability for a contemporary data infrastructure and analytics platform.
